Full Job Description Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations. This role supports dispatch, DOT compliance, driver coordination, maintenance scheduling, and general administrative duties. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and high service standards.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transportation activities Monitor driver routes and ensure timely pickups/deliveries Maintain compliance with DOT and safety regulations Handle transportation paperwork and maintain dock schedules Support vehicle maintenance and report equipment conditions Assist with driver supervision and address policy or safety concerns Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and 3PL partners
Qualifications:
