Terminal Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 241 Industrial Park, Vonore, TN 37885 McElroy Truck Lines is searching for a Terminal Manager for the Vonore, TN location. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a fleet of drivers, facility upkeep, maintaining relationships with dedicated customers, as well as working in conjunction our onsite maintenance facilitator
Terminal Manager Job Duties:
- Dispatch and work with drivers daily
- Coordinate and work with the home office for operational needs o Remedial Training o Random drug testing o Coordinate equipment moves
- Work with the Maintenance facilitator to organize maintenance work flow
- Keep facilities well maintained, organized & clean
- Work with our dedicated customers to ensure all needs are met
- Address in driver issues that need in person attention
Qualifications:
