This is a full time position with possible on call responsibilities on the weekend. Some occasional afternoon and evening hours will be required also. Flexibility in scheduling is strongly desired. This position will have responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: Managing and motivating a fleet of drivers Working closely with load planners to optimize driver productivity Communicating timely deliveries, insuring appointment times are met Payroll approval for all drivers

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year TL dispatch experience required Knowledge of various dispatch system including Truckmate and Omnitracs and HOS regulations Great communication skills Adaptability/team player Works well in a high stress environment Good problem solving skills Detail Oriented Self Starter We are a growing company with advancement potential.
