Job Summary:

To manage the maintenance, procurement, and operations of our utility fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles and equipment meet safety, operational, and regulatory standards while optimizing fleet efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Job Requirements:

Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry and People Smart).High school graduate or GED equivalent required. Additional technical training or college degree preferred.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of related experience.

Must have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing a fleet of specialized utility vehicles, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other heavy equipment.

Must have knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal and state laws concerning hazardous materials and vehicle emissions standards.

Must be proficient with Microsoft products including Windows, Word, and Excel.

Must be able to follow written or verbal directives and communicate well.

Must be able to retain information and plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
