The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality standards in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers in various projects including lawn care, maintenance, enhancement projects, and tree work. Plan and execute landscape tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation. Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and used safely by team members. Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers to understand needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked by crew members. Experience Proven experience in landscaping and tree work is preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams in outdoor settings. Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and client relationships.
