LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER NEEDED

Most of our work is for tract home builders. Efficiency, motivation, professionalism, and jobsite awareness are a must.

- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a crew
- Equipment operation
- Skid steers, trenchers, etc.
- Trailer handling
- Confident in pulling and backing trailers
- Problem solver
- Able to troubleshoot jobsite issues quickly
- Dependable and punctual
- Must show up ready to work every day
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Experience in landscaping or construction environments
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in all weather conditions
