Role:
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Landscape Crew Leader to join our team in Mountain Home, AR . This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a beautiful environment while advancing your career and saving money. We provide a fully-paid rental home where you’ll live with your co-worker crew member, so there’s no housing cost to you. You will be leading a two-man mowing and maintenance crew handling scheduled landscape work on government-maintained properties in the area. This role is ideal for someone with high integrity, solid landscaping experience, and strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including: Zero-turn mowers, Weed eaters, Edgers, Trimmers, Blowers Lead a two-person crew with professionalism and efficiency Drive an Isuzu NPR HD truck safely between job sites (valid driver’s license required) Maintain daily job site quality and productivity Communicate clearly with supervisors and ensure safety protocols are followed
Preferred:
Perform minor equipment maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, etc.)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping and mowing operations Comfortable operating zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High level of honesty, work ethic, and accountability Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions Experience with small engine repairs and mower maintenance is a plus
