Leadership Full Job Description Description:

Assist the Service Trainer in planning, developing, and maintaining a service training program to effectively train technicians. While providing and maintaining training information to include coordination of classes, travel arrangements, certification renewals, and training bulletins and communication. Assist in coordinating and supporting a comprehensive LP Safety Program. Fully utilize multiple software systems. Maintain communication flow between departments. Possess the ability to work on multiple primary duties and retain focus through continual interruptions at any given time. Research, monitor, and coordinate fleet management for LPI Vehicles. Coordinate logistics services provided by Lift Power’s Transportation Department while maintaining accurate records that are D.O.T. compliant.

Requirements:

Maintain Corporate Training needs document. Create training schedule for all forklift techs. Make travel arrangements for out-of-town personnel. Assist in Creating, scheduling, and documenting monthly Safety meetings. Keep assets and Driver profiles updated. Additional duties as needed at the discretion of the manager. Source LPI Vehicle repairs and process sublet billing for LPI vehicle invoices. Dispatch all company transportation drivers. Review driver’s daily logs for ELD compliance. Keep assets and driver profiles updated. Track vehicle maintenance and repair costs. Provide driver scores for reviews. Create and process purchase orders. Apply for Vehicle registrations and permits and maintain D.O.T compliance. Work closely with safety manager, service leadership and dispatchers.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communications skills Keying skills Ability to determine if work is a potential warranty. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work well in a team environment; works well with others to serve external and internal customers. Safety oriented Excellent organizational skills
