The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, tree care, and garden maintenance. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers to complete various outdoor projects.

Lead a team of workers to complete various outdoor projects Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging Build and maintain garden beds Perform tree care tasks such as pruning and removal Install and maintain irrigation systems Maintain outdoor spaces by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met

Crew Leader Experience:
