Job Description – This position will include managing an erosion & sediment control crew in our Tampa division along with transporting equipment and material to site, ensuring proper installation of BMPs and establishing timely and effective communication with clients. Crew Leaders will be responsible for accurately reporting all completed service items using HLM’s billing software, as well as utilizing computer programs such as One Drive to maintain organized and up-to-date records. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive outdoors, possess basic computer proficiency, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Candidates should be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality results in the field. Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in erosion control (preferred)
