Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew on-site to ensure project goals are met. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for planning and tracking project progress. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide the crew in executing tasks accurately. Implement OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Manage budgeting processes, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular inspections of work performed, providing feedback and guidance to crew members as necessary. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions. Skills Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of budgeting principles related to construction projects. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
