The Production Crew Lead Reporting to the production supervisor, the crew lead will be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. Production Crew Lead:

The Production Crew Lead will be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. Supervise the entire team of production workers and work on continuous improvement and motivation of the Production team. Direct interactions with 12 – 15 employees on issues related to production goals, product quality, and completion of activities efficiently and safely. Has the ability and authority to make decisions with direct financial impact. Assist the Production Supervisor in ensuring optimum usage of available resources and technology to constantly obtain better results. Prior experience with just-in-time manufacturing. Ability to create and follow schedules. Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices are required. Preferred Experience/Skills for the

Experience in a supervisory capacity. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma is required. College degree is preferred or 4+ years of manufacturing plant experience.
