Overview As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our operations, actively participating in various landscaping projects. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, hone your skills, and contribute to creating stunning outdoor landscapes. Responsibilities Project Execution Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment under supervision. Work efficiently and cooperatively with the team to ensure project completion to the highest standards. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or related outdoor work Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
