Job Overview:

We are seeking a complete, ready-to-work crew of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced crew leader to perform shoreline restoration and erosion control work. The crew will report to our Palmetto, FL office and travel together to job sites throughout Central Florida in a company-provided truck . This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable, hard-working team that can efficiently install sod, plant native vegetation, and clear invasive species from lakebanks and retention areas.

Scope of Work:

Shoreline sod and native plant installation Clearing of overgrown or invasive vegetation Erosion control system installation Loading/unloading materials and tools Working in and around lakes, ponds, and wetland environments

Requirements:

A fully staffed crew of 4-5 individuals (including the crew leader) Crew leader must have experience supervising field work and managing small teams Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions All crew members must have reliable transportation to our office in Palmetto, FL A company truck will be provided to transport the crew to job sites Physically capable of manual labor (lifting 50+ lbs, working on uneven or wet terrain) Landscaping, environmental services, or restoration experience preferred
