Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management. Maintain gardens and lawns by performing regular care activities such as fertilizing, weeding, and pest control. Build and install landscape features s Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure safety compliance and quality of work. Train crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working condition. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles with a focus on landscape maintenance. Strong knowledge of garden care practices, tree care techniques, and irrigation systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
