Experienced Painter – CREW LEAD Cabinet Renew 1635 West University Parkway, Sarasota, FL 34243 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Leader for PaintSRQ to lead and coordinate activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting interiors and exteriors with years of experience. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards while providing the best experience for the customer and creating the best experience for the team. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew on construction sites. While actively assisting and painting. Maintain and restore existing structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Train and lead employees on your team to build an effective team that consistently exceeds customer expectations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Train and mentor crew members in best practices and safety protocols. Ensure that all materials are available for the team and manage inventory effectively. Communicate with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and timelines. Communicate with clients to ensure they are fully aware of timeliness, scope of work, and any questions they may have. Skills Proven experience in construction site management or as a painter with diverse skills. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, including commercial all aspects painting and drywall work. Proficiency in trim carpentry with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in construction projects. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and project stakeholders.
