Full Job Description Position Summary:

As a Crew Leader, you will manage and supervise a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term opportunity and is ready to become a key part of our growing company for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of team members on-site. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Train and mentor crew members as needed. Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities. Communicate with management about project progress and any issues. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment as required. Perform quality control checks to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required). Strong leadership, responsibility, and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Non-smoker (required). Must provide business references. Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor and provide necessary documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing or supervising a crew (preferred). Experience in landscaping or a related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
