JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Fleet Project Sales Leader, this role is responsible for ensuring quotes are developed correctly and coordinated with the engineering group and pricing team to meet on-time performance with National Account customers. This role is also responsible for the efficient and accurate creation and execution of purchase orders relating to National Account sales. This position will also support efforts of the Sales Team through the development of product education and training, forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and assisting with closing sales. This position will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies that position our Company as the leader in the Private Sector.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Register buses per location and coordinate with PDI centers for billing and delivery. Prepare documentation for Fleet Contracts and quotes based on project requirements, internal capabilities, and supplier pricing, prioritizing quick and efficient turnaround times. Assist sales departments in developing required information for quotes and orders by coordinating information with design, bill of material, materials, production, and field service departments. Maintain and update applicable files and records, forecasts on projected demand, and historical data while providing market analysis and ongoing updates on National Fleets. Assist with continuous improvement projects to enhance department forecasting practices Leads or participates in weekly customer meetings and sales calls. Establishes and maintains strong internal business relationships with Pricing, Field Service, Parts, Engineering, Warranty, Production, and Quality department personnel. Identifies and works closely with key industry partners to support continued growth for alternative powertrain sales. Perform other related job duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS

Strong computer skills in Salesforce, Warranty & parts system, Microsoft 365.

Software proficiency:

Microsoft Excel and quoting/CRM systems, familiarity with design software Professional and effective communication skills, written and verbal.

Ability to interpret technical documents:

Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing issues, opportunities, and objectives effectively with a strong attention to detail. Ability to develop a program where very little exists and motivate others. Able to act as a change agent within the organization. Able to evaluate, develop, and support sales prospects. Able to work with other functional leaders; effective negotiator with internal departments.

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Analytics, Accounting, Marketing, Project Management, or other related field 1-3 years of sales and/or Account management experience All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

PREFERRED EXPEREINCE 1-3

years of experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred Previous automotive or transportation industry experience preferred
