The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of landscaping professionals while ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and garden upkeep. The Landscaping Crew Leader will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching. Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, patios, and retaining walls. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess needs for groundskeeping and tree care. Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in landscaping techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on landscape maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care practices, garden design, and tree care techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
