Landscape Crew Leader White Pine Property Group Guyton, GA 31312 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of landscapers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that all landscaping work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscaping crew members in various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and installations. Oversee the installation of new gardens and landscapes, ensuring proper techniques are used for sustainable growth. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Train new employees on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure they are in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and operating machinery. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
