We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Install Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a crew of 3-5 team members, ensuring efficient and high-quality landscape installation. The ideal candidate will have experience with installing sod, trees, plants, and mulch while upholding quality and safety standards. Skid steer and grading experience is required. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members to complete landscape installation projects. Install sod, trees, plants, and mulch according to project specifications. Ensure proper site preparation and finishing for high-quality landscape installations. Maintain a clean and organized job site while following all safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a Crew Leader role within the landscape installation industry. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with installing sod, trees, plants, and mulch. Ability to read and execute landscape plans. Effective leadership skills to guide and manage a crew.
