We are currently offering full time positions for crew leaders in our Suwanee location. We provide landscape enhancements and installations for our Commercial and Residential clientele.

Position Overview:

The Enhancement Crew Leader is a part of the production Team at UL and oversees all production functions of the team: The Enhancement crew Leader provides leadership and direction to his Enhancement team. This person will have constant interaction with the Enhancement Manager and team Members. The ECL serves as the working supervisor on the job site and is actively involved in the complete hardscape, plant and soft-scape installation. Individuals must be organized and pay attention to detail. This position requires a strong work ethic and is committed to achieving goals. Position reports directly to the Enhancement Manager. Supports Unlimited Landscaping’s Mission Statement and Core Values. Works with minimal supervision and leads a team of 2-3 people in an efficient and productive manner. Always maintains a clean and safe job site, monitors all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Ensuring proper safety techniques are utilized to protect the Team from injury is key. Trains and promotes the development of team members in the best practices of installation and company standards. Sets team goals for specific periods of the day, meets to discuss specific plan to accomplish team goals 2-3 times per day while on site and within budgeted hours for each work order. Supervises team members, equipment and material with minimal supervision to accomplish production schedules within established budget hours. Reads work orders, parts lists, and other instructions. Ensures all equipment and resources are ready for the job site daily, efficient loading of trucks and minimizing lost time is key. Utilize technical pruning, floriculture, and plant, insect, and disease identification. Assists Enhancement Manager with layout of jobs and job measurements. Communicates any equipment problems to Enhancement Manager and ensures equipment is turned in for repair. Reports any safety concerns to and plays key role in resolution. Enhancement Foreman Pay is based upon experience and reflection of performance. Pay ranges for member foreman $18-$23 hr. Is able to work as a team and manage a weekly schedule. Be motivated to provide a quality service with good time management. Has knowledge of how to operate all equipment and do so safely. Will need to be able to communicate, lead and teach crew members when needed. Must have the ability to address any quality issues when they are presented. English speaking is preferred; bilingual is a plus.
