Position:

Landscape Foreman We are currently hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and manage on-site landscape construction and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with installation of hardscapes, pavers, grading, drainage systems, sod, irrigation, and tree/shrub planting Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and project drawings Strong communication and organizational skills; efficient in managing time and resources Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive, productive work environment Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate and tow trailers and heavy equipment Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Plan, organize, and oversee landscaping projects from start to completion Interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure precise execution Manage daily and weekly schedules, assigning tasks to crew members and tracking progress Leadership & Team Management Lead and supervise a landscape crew to meet productivity and quality goals Participate in the hiring process including resume review, interviewing, and onboarding Conduct safety briefings and team meetings to align project goals Provide coaching and feedback to maintain high performance standards Site & Equipment Oversight Prepare trucks and equipment for daily use, ensuring all materials and tools are loaded and secure Actively participate in installation tasks including softscapes, hardscapes, irrigation, lighting, and drainage Operate and monitor landscaping equipment; ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites in compliance with safety protocols Client Relations & Quality Control Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company and client standards Communicate professionally with clients and address any concerns or issues on-site Proactively identify property improvement opportunities and communicate them to clients and crew Represent the company with professionalism and respect for client property at all times Administrative & Reporting Duties Track materials, time, and project expenses accurately Collaborate with management on budgeting and job costing Provide consistent project updates to management and report issues immediately Submit daily reports detailing progress, challenges, and completion status Why Work With Us?
