The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in project management tools and techniques, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of lawn/landscape workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and timelines. Manage communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance with safety regulations on the job site. Document progress and report any issues or changes to the project manager promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within the lawn maintenance industry Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
