Ready to work hard in sometimes extreme weather conditions (heat, cold etc.) Full compliance with all safe-work policies of Foret Group. Knowledge and ability to use landscape related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.) is preferred Foret Group is a drug and alcohol free workplace. Drug use is not tolerated. High school degree or GED are admirable accomplishments but are not required to work with our team.

CREW LEADER and Class D Drivers:

a supervisory employee who works in our landscape maintenance division. This role requires a hands-on leader to be responsible for commercial and residential lawn care maintenance crews and their assigned properties. Additional qualifications for Crew Leaders Skills in landscape maintenance or the ability to learn them quickly are desired. Valid Louisiana Class D Drivers License or the ability to acquire one. A good Motor Vehicle Record is required. Ability to read and write 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or landscape construction or the ability to learn quickly is desired. Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching preferred Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades preferred Crew Leader pay (experience dependent) $16.00 – $17.00
