As a Program Supervisor , you’ll be a key part of a mission-driven team that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping them thrive in their daily lives and communities.

What You’ll Do:

As a vital team leader, you’ll balance hands-on care with administrative and supervisory responsibilities, including:

Lead and Inspire :

Supervise, schedule, and support a team of dedicated caregivers.

Champion Quality Support :

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and ensure compassionate, person-centered care.

Be Hands-On :

Assist with daily living tasks like meal planning, personal care, and medication administration.

Promote Community Integration :

Accompany individuals on outings and provide transportation to work, activities, or appointments.

Support Program Operations :

Help with hiring, training, and maintaining staffing schedules.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (required). At least one year of related experience in human services or caregiving. Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills. A compassionate heart and a desire to lead by example.
