The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves directing crew members in various landscaping tasks, ensuring high-quality work, and fostering a positive team environment.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
, as it is an Essential function of the Job Duties Lead and manage a team of landscapers in daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, garden installation, and tree care. Plan and execute irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health and water conservation. Train crew members on best practices in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and equipment usage. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service. Build strong relationships within the team to promote collaboration and teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on landscape maintenance. Bilingual in English and SPANISH! Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Knowledge of gardening techniques, irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and tree care. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 55 per week
