  What We’re Looking For
  High school diploma
  2+ years of machine operating related experience
  Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  Strong organizational skills
  Excellent teamwork orientation
  Thorough and dependable
  Ability to lift 26
• 50 pounds
  Ability to stoop, bend, and crouch
  Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  What You’ll Do as a Second Shift Crew Lead
  Effectively work with the total team in the completion of assigned duties and requirements
  Sustain and support Leader Standard Work
  Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to all employees
  On-shift safety issues, injuries, property damage and personnel incident reporting security compliance, and post-accident reports
  Supervise the Berkley Tabbi Spoolers with Safety as priority number one
  Provide outstanding Customer Service
  Exceed machine targets, conduct machine changes, and troubleshoot machine problems
  Active participation in 4-step problem-solving
  Perform other tasks as assigned
