We operate throughout the entire state providing various services to the North Carolina Summary We are seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team at Goldstar Project Group. This role is essential in overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance of lawns and gardens, and leading a team dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor environments. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various lawn care and landscaping projects. Ensure all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Manage scheduling and daily operations for the landscaping crew. Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Communicate with clients and the depart of transportation to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service. Monitor project progress and report any issues to management. Requirements Must have a valid NC Driver’s license, pass a pre-employment and annual MVR check, and maintain a good driving record Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care, preferably in a leadership role. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team. Use of mowers – zero turn Aerators and seeders Edger, string trimmers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers Blowers Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes and pruning tools Knowledge and used of ride-on and backpack pesticide sprayers Groundskeeping, and plantbed care is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend and stoop Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment Must wear company-provided safety vests Note All positions have room for growth if the candidate meets the proper qualifications and has a positive attitude.
