WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROCKSTAR AMAZON DSP FLEET ASSISTANT ASAP!
! As a Dispatcher your 10- hour shift starts at 9 am, 4 days a week. We are a 7-day-per-week business.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to coordinate and oversee our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient dispatch of drivers, and manage delivery routes.
Pay rate:
$21 – $21.50 Rate will be based on experience level Basic Requirements for a
Dispatcher:
Eligible to work in the
U.S MUST
be at least 21 years old Successfully pass a pre-employment background & 4- panel drug test Clean Driving Record •Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license Experienced working as a
Fleet Mechanic and Manager Dispatcher:
The Fleet assistant is required to drive and execute routes during the week. On Road Duties Track and resolve issues escalated by Drivers, Lead Drivers and Dispatchers concerning fleet and inform the Owners if the issue will result in a financial or business impact immediately. Handle daily fleet escalations to ensure all vehicles are in proper working order and safe for driving. Assist with coordinating vehicle repair pickups and drop-offs Complete vehicle maintenance logs for accuracy and completion Oversee coordination and management of daily vehicle cleanliness by lead drivers and/or 3rd party cleaning company. Coordinate and outsource deep cleaning of vehicles. Help to administer the vehicle intake process. Provide guidance and support to the Dispatchers and Lead Drivers concerning fleet. Replenish items in vehicles, such as hand sanitizer, wipes, and rain bags. Ensure new vehicle damage is recorded on the master vehicle damage log. Escalate to Operations Lead the Drivers who caused vehicle damage according to the Vehicle Damage Policy. Ensure all vehicle and pouch audit sheets are replaced in binders once full. Audit each vehicle weekly for vehicle damage. Record all identified damage and escalate to the Ops Lead for further action. Ensure master audit sheets reflect the newly identified damage. Conduct vehicle safety audits, inspecting tire tread, and psi. Resolve missing items from vehicles escalated by Drivers such as missing hand trucks, phone cradles, etc
