Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing landscaping and lawn care team. In this role, you’ll lead a crew of 2-3 team members, ensuring high-quality work, efficient use of time and materials, and excellent customer service on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew performing residential and commercial lawn maintenance, landscape installations, and seasonal cleanups Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trucks Read and implement landscape designs and work orders Train and mentor crew members to follow safety protocols and work efficiently Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company quality standards Communicate with customers professionally when on-site, addressing any questions or concerns Report daily progress and any issues to management

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in landscaping and lawn care 1+ year of crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and punctual
