Outdoor Installation Crew Lead Timesavers Landscaping Raleigh, NC 27511
Your Role:
As a Landscape Installation Crew Member , you’ll help bring custom projects to life—whether it’s installing French drains, laying pavers, or building dry creek beds and outdoor stone features. You’ll be part of a team that works efficiently, safely, and with a relentless eye for detail. No grass cutting. No busy work. This is build-from-scratch terrain work. What You’ll Do Assist in the installation of drainage systems, hardscapes, retaining walls , and other design features Operate equipment (saws, trenchers, compactors) and manual tools with mechanical confidence Dig trenches, move stone, level surfaces, and follow layout plans with precision Load and unload materials; keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly with foremen and crew— teamwork is non-negotiable Follow all safety protocols and respect the gear you’re using Adapt to changing jobsite needs and weather conditions Qualifications Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred but not required Comfortable with physical labor in heat, cold, or rain Mechanically inclined—you know how to safely operate power tools and small equipment Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Must be fluent in English and legally eligible to work in the U.S. No recent felonies— we operate on trust and professionalism Pay & Perks $15-$25/hr , depending on experience and reliability Paid overtime, PTO , and Tricare reimbursement available for eligible candidates Daily direct communication with leadership Real opportunity for advancement into foreman roles Apply if
