Prior experience with commercial driver qualifications and FMCSA regulations.

Temporary Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm Greene Resources is seeking a Driver Safety Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Assist with maintaining driver qualification file compliance. Support the EHS department in managing compliance issues and follow-ups for both commercial and non-commercial drivers. Report directly to the Risk Management Supervisor in the EHS department. Communicate with PBV P&C admins to gather necessary documents, send reminders for upcoming expirations, and ensure timely compliance.

Position Requirements:

Experience working with driver qualification files. Familiarity with JJ Keller’s Datasense is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively follow up and ensure tasks are completed. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
