experienced individual(s) or team with solid client references needed immediately to help manage/turn over our vacation rental property between stays. Variable schedule based on reservation frequency. 2 bedroom, 1 bath (no tub), all electric, 600 sf interior plus surrounding yard, deck, grill, firepit. Inspect, ensure secure, clean, restock, organize, rinse, repeat. Ideal individual has reliable transportation, flexible schedule, strong work ethic, good problem solving skills, excellent communication, great organizational abilities, high integrity, and keen attention to detail. Fee negotiable based on level of cleaning needed per stay, frequency, and payment structure. Bottom of range is $18 hourly equivalent.
