Responsibilities:

Crew Members:

• Assist in landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks such as planting, mulching, mowing, and pruning.
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and contribute to team success.

Crew Leaders:

• Supervise and train crew members, ensuring quality work and safety.
• Manage daily operations on job sites, including project timelines and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement landscape plans, collaborating with clients and team members.
• Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

For Crew Members:

• Passion for landscaping and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

For Crew Leaders:

• Previous experience in landscaping, with a proven leadership ability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
