Show us what you are capable of and we will take care of the rest! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Installation Team Lead and/or Foreman to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Plan and execute landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites
Qualifications:
Experience as a Landscape Installation Foreman or similar role Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Organizational and time-management skills Valid driver’s license with
AT LEAST
three years driving history Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus ( Valid SC Driver’s License with a three year clean driving history is 100% Required )
