Job Description We are seeking a couple of experienced painters to start as Crew Leads for a new crew, with the exciting opportunity to advance to Production Manager as our company grows. In this role, you’ll be hands-on, producing flawless paint jobs while leading your team to stay on task, work safely, and deliver high-quality results. You must be comfortable working independently on projects, picking up materials as needed, and leading a crew, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all scenarios. Your ability to maintain our high standards and drive efficiency will help us secure more projects and elevate our reputation in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Execute top-quality interior painting, sheetrock repair, and cabinet refinishing using premium paints (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore) per Choice Coat Painters’ Standard Operating Procedures. Lead by example, producing precise, clean lines and impeccable finishes while on the tools. Supervise your crew, ensuring they stay on task, work safely, and adhere to our quality standards. Pick up materials as needed to keep projects on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized job site, leaving it cleaner than when you arrived. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm project details and ensure their satisfaction. Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence, prioritizing quality over quantity.

Requirements Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience, with a proven track record of quality craftsmanship.

Leadership :

Ability to guide and motivate a crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Customer Focus :

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with excellent communication skills.

Language :

Fluency in English (written and spoken) to interact with clients and team members.

Licensing :

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites and pick up materials.

Skills :

Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in cutting straight lines, and expertise in surface preparation and paint application.

Professionalism :

Punctual, dependable, and able to represent Choice Coat Painters with pride.
