Field Supervisor Responsibilities:

Monitors driver pre- and post-trip inspections and addresses equipment issues promptly Performs driver road checks and observes drivers for work readiness Conducts IPP safety contacts and corrects safety violations on the scene Dispatches and drives routes as needed to support operations Assists management with driver interviews and onboarding Monitors on-time performance and implements corrective action when needed Manages driver discipline and supports retention initiatives Works with Kronos and other systems to manage timekeeping and scheduling

Field Supervisor Experience and Skills Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of supervisory or transportation operations experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs Experience dealing with collision and injury claims a plus Prior school bus driver experience preferred Experience with payroll, financial planning, and Kronos is a plus Must be self-managed and comfortable working split shifts Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.
