Enhancement Crew Leader:

Pay will depend on experience $18-24/hour Enhancement Crew Leader’s job is to oversee and execute enhancement/Installation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion while maintaining a safe work environment. They lead, train, and support crew members in, but not limited to, planting, irrigation, drainage and also assist in project planning and material ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Oversee and direct enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Leadership:
Lead, train, and support crew members, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
Supervision:
Direct the daily activities of crew members, ensuring they follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Possess knowledge in areas like planting, irrigation, drainage and other landscape projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and crew members.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve issues that arise during projects.
Safety:
Ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
Training:
Provide on-the-job training to crew members to develop their skills.
Time Management:
Efficiently manage project time and resources.
Documentation:
Accurately capture and report time for work completed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Requires at least one year of experience leading crews in landscape enhancement projects.
- Strong ability to motivate and direct a team.
