Crew Leader Sparta Lawn Care Services LLC Columbia, SC Job Details Full-time $13 – $22 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description Will directly oversee crews of 2 to 5. Oversee all projects from beginning to end. Must ensure the quality of the work, job safety and accuracy while being able to communicate with clients in a professional manner. Crew lead is responsible for their crew and equipment each morning through evening.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday operations, work as well as delegate work to crew members. Ensure landscape expectations are met up to Sparta’s quality standard. Identify more efficient ways to perform work. Be able to train new crew members. Submit and maintain work logs of each job completed. Ensure crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policy. Install a variety of plant material. Dig/Excavate holes and trenches using picks and shovels or related equipment. Haul/spread topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or related materials using wheelbarrows and rakes and sometimes by hand. Maintain assigned equipment and notify supervisor if needed repairs. Report to work at the required time and perform duties assigned by their supervisor.
