Duties/Responsibilities:

1.

Safety:

Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations. 2.

Operations:

Drives truck and trailer. Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Install attic fans and vents. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and batts) and consistently performs quality checks. 3.

Technical:

Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field. 4.

Customer Service:

Communicates professionally and courteously with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job. Prioritizes leaving each homeowner happy and confident in the job that was done. 5.

Other:

Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Communicate with operations manager on inventory and material usage.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment. Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED required Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE CLEAN ENOUGH DRIVING RECORD TO BE INSURED BY COMPANY AUTO POLICY
