We are not a mowing company. We focus exclusively on high-end residential landscape installation and maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a crew of 2-5 team members in daily fieldwork Execute landscape design plans and communicate effectively with the Landscape Manager Install trees, shrubs, sod, and drainage systems Perform high-quality pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and general landscape clean-up Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients and property managers Ensure tools are loaded, equipment is maintained, and daily objectives are met Drive company truck to and from job sites (must be punctual and dependable)
Key Responsibilities:
Be on time and ready to lead each day Follow and enforce safety and quality standards Document daily hours, materials used, and any project updates Identify and report plant health care issues or other on-site concerns Support crew training and development in coordination with leadership Preferred Skills (We’ll train the right candidate): Basic plant, weed, and pest identification Understanding of irrigation and lighting systems (a plus, not required) Ability to read and interpret basic design plans Confidence in pruning and installing landscape materials to specification
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of landscape experience (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Leadership ability and clear communication skills Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Respectful, drama-free, and team-focused Why Work with
