If you’re highly organized, have a knack for tracking data, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
+ Track and schedule preventive maintenance for a large fleet of service vehicles + Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage, service history, and inspection reports + Process and follow up on vehicle insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution + Collaborate with drivers, service managers, and vendors to coordinate repairs + Monitor vehicle compliance with safety regulations and company standards + Assist with vehicle registrations, renewals, and documentation + Maintain fleet databases and provide reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:
+ Strong administrative and organizational skills + Experience with fleet software or maintenance tracking systems is a plus + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry + Excellent communication and follow-up skills + Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation is preferred
