position as of now, with the possibility for Full-Time. If you are a good fit, Full-time will be available in the future. We aim to grow a work culture of reliability and effectivie communication. We will pay more because we value our employees and our customers. Movers will be working directly with the customer, so customer service and professionalism is a must. Experience in the moving industry is preferred and will receive priority, but it is not necessary. You will be paid $18/hr Plus tips. Movers must be on time and are expected to work efficiently and carefully. After 6 weeks movers will be eligible for a $2/hr raise. Drivers will be movers, but also carry the responsibility of being the job supervisor. You will communicate with your crew the meeting time in advance and will be responsible for communicating any delays or issues to customer and owner. As a supervisor you will be paid $23/hr plus tips. Supervisors handle the driving, customer contract, disassembly/reassembly, overseeing the packing of the truck and collection of payment. A daily job checklist must be completed. After 6 weeks supervisors will be eligible for a $2/hr raise. Both movers and drivers are responsible for returning the truck and making sure it is clean and ready to go for the next day. •If you do not reply to messages on Indeed, or if your interview appointment is missed you will not bee eligible to reapply. Additionally, your relevant skills in loading and unloading, along with experience in various vehicle types, will contribute to the seamless operation of our moving services.
