As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers and ensuring that all groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. - Supervise a crew of landscapers and assign tasks accordingly
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Oversee tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal
- Lead the construction of gardens, pathways, and other landscape features
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences “`Experience“` To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Preferred previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field in working with people
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
