LANDSCAPE DRIVER/CREW LEAD

! The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in mowing, dirt work, landscape maintenance and new installations, tree installations, etc.

This role requires the following:

• Prepares and secures all materials, tools and equipment first thing in the morning for that day’s schedule
• Tops off equipment with fuel/oil, cleans service vehicle and prepares for next day’s activity
• Able to assign tasks to crew members, follow up to make sure that the work was completed properly
• Ensures that all crew members report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures
• Takes appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary and involves owner if needed
• Able to pull a trailer behind truck and run small machinery like a skid steer

Crew Training:

• Ensures crew members are trained on company safety policies
• Able to certify crews in the job tasks assigned to crew leader
• Trains crew members to do job effectively and efficiently
• Able to cross train crew members in the performance of crew leader’s role for future growth
• Can effectily communicate in English and/or

Spanish Equipment Management:

• Ensures all assigned equipment, tools, safety items, vehicles and trailers or other items, are maintained in proper working order by following proper maintenance and inventory schedules
• Accountable for neglect and abuse of assigned equipment
• Address listed in ad is where we meet; most jobs take place in Franklin, Spring Hill, Leiper’s Fork and other surrounding areas

$23.00

• $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30
• 60 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
