Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity.
Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures.
Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.
What’s Needed?
4 years of warehouse experience.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid math skills and analytical ability.
