YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your leadership skills? Are you passionate abouthelping an operation run smoothly? If so, we have an opportunitythat would allow you to lead and oversee warehouse floor employeesin their daily job functions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Provide support and coordination to management. Manage a variety of records, electronic and paper. Generatereports. Process customer returns. Assist with inbound shipments and qualityinspections. Oversee battery charge program and ensure inventory is correctlymoved in the system and in the warehouse. Communicate with a variety of sources including the customer viafax, email, paper, telephone and in person. Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers, ensuringoperations are running properly. Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and managementstaff.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED; Leadershipexperience preferred. LEAN Manufacturing, Continuous Improvementand Kaizen, 5-S Knowledge preferred. Forklift certificationpreferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based andjob specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/ordata entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply anddivide.

Characteristics:

Organizational skills and the ability toprioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines. Respondspromptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to leadprojects and others. Ability to balance team and individualresponsibilities.
