Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and operating various types of equipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Experience is leading a crew to 100$ accuracy Responsibilities computer skills necessary Picking and packing daily inventory Load and unload packages from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling practices.

Operate forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists. Maintain accurate inventory records using AS400 or similar inventory management systems. Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations, to minimize workplace hazards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring that all materials are stored properly. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Experience with shipping and receiving processes is highly desirable. Knowledge of inventory management systems, particularly AS400, is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
