Position Summary The Receiving Lead will be responsible for managing incoming deliveries to the warehouse by verifying the accuracy of deliveries against what was expected. Essential Duties/Job Responsibilities (Job Duties) Receive/unload shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt. Collaborate with procurement team to identify expected deliveries and the corresponding schedule/timetables. Verify packages/shipments according to their order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.) Maintain accurate order/delivery records and assist in inventory control. Process returns for unsatisfactory shipments and/or receive replacements.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

High School Degree or GED Strong organizations skills Basic math and record keeping abilities Ability to work independently within a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to skillfully and safely operate job specific tools and equipment

Experience:

A minimum of one year of warehouse/distribution center experience. Experience in a light manufacturing setting preferred. Experience in receiving or inventory preferred.

Requirements:

Verbal and written communication skills. Work environment and working conditions are reflective of a light manufacturing setting. Perform work on concrete floors for duration of shift. Must be able to lift and move (push, pull, carry) items weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to raise arms above shoulders regularly and freely rotate arms/shoulders to lift/move parts. Must be able to kneel, crouch, stoop, bend, and squat when needed. Work will include repetitive hand, arm, wrist, and leg motion.
